Objective: Educated Hodgson Mill on best practices to drive growth via ecomm and social media. Overhauled brand positioning. Built partnerships with cookbook authors, home chefs and influencers to develop themed recipes using Hodgson Mill products.
Results: over three months -
• Increased social followers 32%
• Activated 150 brand ambassadors
• Boosted SOV 8% (compared to competitors’ social mentions)
