My Role: Retention Marketing Manager (full-time)
Objective: Created and optimized email marketing campaigns, flows, and transactional messages. Launched and refined SMS marketing channel. Oversaw website management and digital merchandising to optimize UX/UI and e-commerce goals. Conducted customer satisfaction surveys in collaboration with CX team. Inputted on visual and editorial strategy, including photoshoot management and interviews with chefs, tastemakers, and other CPG brands.
