Objective: 
Wore many hats at DoLA, an event recommendations website and daily email newsletter serving Greater Los Angeles. Managed relationships with 20+ clients per year including consumer brands, festivals, and restaurants. Cultivated and copyedited email campaigns and editorial articles. Developed media plans to exceed clients’ advertising goals. Managed photoshoots. 
Results: over nine months -
• 30% growth in client retention rate
• 12% growth in year-over-year site traffic
• 46% increase in social media followers
